October 26, Merida After soundcheck we heard the sad news that the concert in Playa del Carmen had to be cancelled due to the effects of hurricane Wilma. It was very sad for us because we really looked forward to that final concert and our hearts went out to those who have been hit personally or materially by this devastating force of nature. On the other hand it was nice to know this in time. So we knew our concert in Merida would be the last and we knew we had some days off before leaving, to spend in this wonderful city.
